1. Your statutory rights.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affects your statutory
rights as a consumer.
2. The Time Travellers
website. We reserve the right to change details and prices on any
part of this site, including these terms and conditions, at any time and
without notice. We will, however, honour any bona fide purchase made
before such changes as acknowledged.
3. Our guarantee. We aim to
provide a professional timeshare purchase experience and pride ourselves
on our service and prices. No payment is due until you are
completely satisfied with the details of your proposed purchase and have
signed and returned the documentation.
4. Prices. We try to ensure
that the prices on our web site are correct. If any price is wrong we
reserve the right to charge you the correct price. If this means you will
have to pay more, we will contact you and will not proceed without your
consent.
5. Payment. Under
European Timeshare Directive (2008/122/EC), Timeshare Regulations
2010 no payment is to be taken from the Purchaser within 14
days.
6. VAT. Is not applicable
on timeshare resales.
7. Delivery. All
documents are sent recorded and we provide delivery Worldwide using a
combination of recorded delivery, Airsure, International Signed For
and International Couriers. Delivery is within 1 –5 working days.
8. Delivery area .

9. Returns policy: returns
accepted prior to finalisation and execution of deeds into new owners
names as per clause 9.
10. Cancellation. In
accordance to Timeshare directive (2008/122/EC) , Timeshare Regulations
2010, you may cancel your purchase
within 14 days for any reason.

time of the day or night. If the line is not attended, please leave a
message. We aim to respond to all calls within 24 hours except at weekends
/ public holidays. Calls to this number are at normal rates.

12. Complaints handling. We
sincerely hope that you never have cause to complain about our service or
products. If despite our best efforts you do have a complaint, please
email us at info@timetravellers.co.uk
giving us as much information as you can. We will try to acknowledge your
complaint within 1 working day, and to contact you to say how we propose
to resolve it within 5 working days.
13.General. These terms and
conditions shall be governed by the Laws of England and Wales. If any
provision of these conditions is held by a competent authority to be
invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other
provisions shall not be affected.
