Club Vista Serena is located in the southern part of Gran Canaria in Maspalomas which is famous for its beaches and the Magnificent sand dunes. This RCI Resort of International distinction is perfectly located for a whole host of activities, nearby there is golf course, amusement and water park for the children, the shopping centre / area Faro and a host of other shops, restaurants . The resort is small and friendly - RCI describe it as having ' an outlook of tranquility'. there is an adults and childrens Heated swimming pool on site along with a bar and restaurant and 24 hour supermarket and reception. The apartments all have air conditioning. The resort reception offer's a number of services from excursion bookings, including a camel safari and a yellow submarine adventure, to currency exchange and taxi transfers.

We have a one bedroom unit available for sale. The unit will sleep up to 4 people and comprises of a lounge / dining area with sofa bed for two, master double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony.

It is available for week's 48 & 49 which fall during late November / early December each year. The apartment has a Saturday occupancy day. 1st occupancy is available for 2008 starting on teh 29th November until 13th December 2008. The resort also offers an internal exchange system, so you can change the date/month when you travel to the resort each year- you won't have to travel in Nov / Dec. if you do not want to.
There is a £165 one off legal Transfer fee per week purchased . This week of timeshare can be exchanged (swapped) with RCI or Dial an Exchange.
