first we were very unsure because we never bought on resale. But all the

buyer needs. And the most important fact was the prompt reponse on every
question or mail or phone call. So we were always well informed of every
step of the procedure. And so it goes... We started to relax with this
perfect support right by our side and now we are the owner of
our first two resale weeks. We already bought directly from Marriott
before. But this was more complicated than the easy and friendly way with
Angela. We are very happy and completely satisfied. And, of course, are

Resale of Marriott Marbella Beach resort 2 x Platinum weeks, two

After
some serious research and with a reference from the Time Share Consumer
Association in the UK, we decided for Brantridge Park Sales as the agent
for the resale of our Marbella weeks. We have been very professionally
advised by them and subsequently they managed the entire process as
expected. In particular we found Brantridge Park Sales very knowledgeable
about this difficult market and as MVCI puts a very low priority on their
complex transfer process, which is obviously beyond anyone’s control, Brantridge
Park Sales exceeded our expectations with regular communications and
updates during this process. As MVCI takes a long time for their process
which on occasion obviously raised doubts in one’s mind, we were always
given detailed updates about the status of the resale. The fact that,
during almost the entire process, we were sailing around in the Eastern
Mediterranean, made no difference to the process. What would we do without
the Internet. We can certainly recommend Brantridge Park Sales and for
those who start a new resale we would say, just bear with the people of Brantridge
Park Sales. They know what they are doing and we found them very
trustworthy. |
