Forming
part of the group of Canary Islands, Gran Canaria is one of the largest
and most southerly of the group. A location so far South that the climate
is sunny and welcoming at anytime often year. Where else in Europe could
you visit in January and find temperatures as warm as the Canaries.
Club Vista Serena is located in the Southern part of the Island, in
Maspalomas, famous for its beaches with their magnificent sand dunes.
Maspalomas is a relatively quiet area, with fishing villages close by,
however Playa del Ingles is adjacent which offers a vibrant night life,
full of bars, restaurants and a casino.

The resort is attractively situated amongst walkways lined with trees and
colourful flowers. There is a charming heated swimming pool with a bar and 48
apartments in two storey villas, each having a large balcony or
patio. During June 2005 all units had an air conditioning system
installed.
The apartments sleep 4 and have one bedroom with a double bed, a lounge
with a sofa that converts to sleep two, satellite T.V., a fully equipped
kitchen and an attractive bathroom.

| The resort has recently had
quite a large revamp to the swimming pool , reception area, bar /
restaurant. The reception and mini market are open 24
hours a day and the resort can arrange taxi transfers from the
airport. |

have most weeks available at over 50% discount, with prices starting from as little as
£995 per
week. All weeks at the resort are RCI Red/High season for exchange
purposes. All apartments at Club Vista Serena are 1 bed (sleep 4).
