Los Claveles is
an imaginative complex of traditionally-styled villas tiering down into
the centrepoint of the complex- a fabulous pool and sun terrace. You can
simply soak up the sun on the privacy of your own balcony or terrace, or
take a 5 minute stroll and enjoy the world from the table of your
beachfront cafe, or the golden sandy beaches of Los Cristianos.
The resort has
one of the lowest annual maintenance fees in the Canaries (€330 for a
two bed sleep 6!!) offering fantastic value for owners wishing to either
occupy or exchange !
Furnished
to the standards of a five star hotel, the kitchen's are equipped down to
the very last item, whilst the bathrooms are masterpieces of marble and
floor to ceiling tiling. Nothing has been overlooked. From the superb six
setting dining table to the fluffy towels in the bathrooms, every item in
the Los Claveles apartments reflects good taste and luxury.
